GameStop is looking for a Software Development Manager to join our team, reporting to the Senior Director of Engineering, responsible for the Fraud and Abuse engineering team. This role will be remote and will collaborate with Engineering Leadership, Product Managers, and Business Partners across the U.S. Our team is responsible for the software, platform, and integrations that power the Fraud and Abuse detection and remediation processes. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, highly collaborative, and passionate about driving impact. A passion for gaming is a plus! Responsibilities o Build and mentor teams of Engineers o Lead the Fraud and Abuse technology strategy in partnership with our Product and Business Leaders o Drive mission-critical Product, Technology, and Business KPIs geared to Fraud and Abuse while focusing on a great customer experience o Create and maintain roadmaps, and drive tradeoff decisions As a senior member of our team, you'll need to:
o Thrive in an ambiguous environment, be resourceful, and make tradeoffs to deliver customer impact o Exhibit a bias for action, constantly looking for ways to improve outcomes and customer experience o Establish strong working relationships across all levels and functions of the organization o Be results-oriented, data-driven, and passionate about building innovative customer experiences Requirements:

years experience in Software Development o 2
years experience managing Software Teams o Have strong interpersonal, writing, and communication skills You'll stand out if o History of progression from Software Engineer up through leadership levels o Experience in fast-paced environments o E-Commerce experience
Salary Range:
$150K -- $200K
Minimum Qualification
Software DevelopmentEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
