Junior Software Developer (Santander Digital Services) - Now Hiring

What You Will Be DoingAs a Junior Software Developer, you will work in agile/not agile frameworks, workshops/events facilitation, teach and communicate with different organizational levels.
You will need to be able to understand current organization (AS-IS) and act in transformational environment (TO-BE).
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Develop the services and operations of the application and/or integrate these solutions with other components of other applications.
Draw up all the technical documentation required in accordance with the Group's Development Policies and the stipulations of the solution design.
Certify the software produced and the integration of its components with others or third parties, carrying out the certification cycles defined in the testing strategy.
Package of solutions for the correct deployment of software in the different work environments.
ExperienceKnowledge in programming language:
Java and Python.
Desirable knowledge in Data Analytics and/or Business Intelligence software.
Experience in agile development environments:
Scrum, Kanban; and tools:
Jira, Confluence.
Knowledge of development frameworks:
GitHub, Jenkins, Sonar.
EDUCATIONBachelor degree or similar.
Skills & KnowledgeCommunication.
Teamwork.
Adaptability.
High level of proactivity and anticipation.
High level of English.
High level of Spanish.
