Responsibilities:
Assisting in designing and developing security features for system architectures; Recognizing security gaps and preparing an action plan; Build and maintain virtual network infrastructure in the Azure cloud, desired knowledge of IP Networking including VNets, VLANs, Azure Bastion, LDAP, Peering, VPNs, DNS, load-balancing, and firewalls (especially FortiNet); Monitor network (Zabbix) and servers security with associated tools; Documenting any security breaches and assessing their damage; Review alerts and notifications from monitoring systems and diagnose issues; Creating or reviewing policies and procedures; Requirements:
Demonstrated, hands-on technical experience with maintaining and patching Windows based systems; A strong understanding of MS Azure/cloud-based technologies with a desire to learn more; Experience with Microsoft Azure virtual network infrastructure:
i) TCP/IP and network protocols; ii) PowerShell knowledge; Understanding of data management and security; Strong foundation of networking concepts, IPSec and SSL VPNs, routing, switching, and load balancers; Strong documentation skills with detail and accuracy; Fluency in English (written and spoken).
