Customer Supply Chain Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Customer Supply Chain Supervisor in our Poland Spring, ME location.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Ensure Kronos and attendance are up to date for direct reports
Ensure carrier issues are communicated with Dallas Customer Service
All jobs are being done efficiently and effectively and according to NWNA Transport standards
Ensure all dispatched orders are done within both cost and service requirements.
Complete formal evaluations and meet with employee to discuss results
Teach processes so that employees can be more effective
Cross train and develop employees in transport functions
Facilitate open communication between the department and Customer Service by monitoring electronic mail and facilitating solutions when necessary.
Customer communication and visits.
Uses daily, weekly and monthly KPI Reports to drive process and cost improvement.
Retrieve POD's from carriers or other sources to facilitate the validation of shipping and payment process.
Participate in the plant interview process.
Prepare reports for transport KPIs.
Accountable for financial performance of load center
Key qualifications include:
3-5 years' experience in transportation
Bachelor's degree preferred

Excellent organizational and analytical skills
Tactful interaction with peers, subordinates, vendors and customers
Ability to lead, train, motivate, coach and develop individuals and teams

Ability to remove team barriers to ensure achievement of all Key Performance Indicators
Proficient computer skills (SAP, i2, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Access, Power Point), Internet Research, PC Miler
Ability to execute multiple projects is a fast paced environment.
Flexible in working during non-business hours to meet business needs.
