We currently have an opening for a Blow Mold Manager in our Poland Spring, ME factory.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Leading and Lagging Safety Results for All Blowmold Employees
Coaching Blowmold Technicians within our high-speed bottling operation.
Provide development opportunities to Blowmold technicians through cross-training initiatives and setting clear objectives
Overseeing the overall Blowmold Operation including
(8) Sidel Blowmolders
All NTS Airveyor
HDPE Cable Conveyor
Facility Maintenance
Results focus in the areas of:
Blowmolder Availability
Airveyor Availability
Preform & Bottle Scrap Reduction
CFM & Energy Reduction
Manage Technical Budget
Manage Labor & Overtime
Lead Bottle & Preform change projects for the factory
Interface with National Blowmold team to share and reapply best practices.
Develop and maintain high housekeeping standards
Lead the Blowmold Department through our TPM journey
Key qualifications include:
Bachelor''s degree
2-4 years of successful current leadership experience in Manufacturing
Leadership coaching experience
Continuous Improvement Experience (Basic Problem Solving, TPM
