We are currently seeking a production line
Electromechanical Technician
for our manufacturing/bottling facility in Poland Spring, ME to maintain, fix, and improve equipment used in bottling and packaging operations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

PLC - Troubleshooting of Code, Programming for improvements or modifications, Upgrades to legacy equipment or components (Allen-Bradley and Siemens are preferred)

Networks and Networking - Experience with Ethernet, DeviceNet, DataHighway, and ControlNet
AC Drives - Troubleshooting, basic upgrades and improvements, and programming of basic settings to the application.

Motors - Application, troubleshooting and installation of motors in the process and packaging areas.

Hydraulics/Pneumatics - Experience with both hydraulics or pneumatics equipment is preferred

Installation and Construction - experience with basic hardware installation, wiring of components and simple conduit runs that meet basic code requirements.

Maintenance Systems - Plan, lead and execute preventative maintenance (PM) according to PM schedule to minimize equipment downtime. Complete reactive maintenance on production lines to recover from equipment failures by
repairing mechanical, electrical, and structural components.

Problem Solving - Must have the skills to identify, organize information, and plan and execute solutions to solve complex electrical and controls problems

Team work - must have the ability to work across organizational boundaries to deliver key business results and coach and train others to understand key applications of Electrical Controls and Maintenance systems.

Forklift/personal lift - Operate as needed to complete duties

Manufacturing - experience in the bottling and blow molding areas is preferred
Key qualifications include:

High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certifications desired
o7 years of previous Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial manufacturing environment is preferred
oDemonstrated sense of urgency in completing tasks and comfort working in a high speed production environment
oStrong knowledge of electrical and mechanical theory and principles.
oUse and read blue prints, manuals, schematics and 1 lines.
oMaintain fluent understanding of codes and compliances.
oSolid computer skills, including the use of Word, Excel, Outlook (experience with CAD is preferred)
oExperience with CMMS or ERP systems needed, SAP experience preferred
oAbility to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively
oSolid problem solving and decision making skills with the ability to coach others
oAbility to move/lift 50 lbs and stand on your feet for long periods of time throughout the day
oAble to work with an awkward posture for 2 hours or more
oWillingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 facility operating through most weekends and holidays
oAbility to successfully complete an online skills assessment prior to onsite interview
oSuccessful completion of a post offer physical, drug screen and background check are required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
