Nestle Waters North America is presently seeking high-caliber candidates for aWarehouse Resourcerole in at the Hollis, ME Distribution Center.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work closely with Warehouse Manager and region Supply Chain Team to set the agenda to deliver BIC results and lead in driving the NCE/TPM/LEAN Continuous Improvement Model
Project Leader for CAPEX, DMAIC, GA etc.
Serve as the leader for warehouse operations and staff in a 24 X 7 operation
Ensure key NWNA Supply Chain key performance measures are met or exceeded (Safety, Late Departure, Payload)
Review daily achievement of targets and reporting variances during on-the-floor and debrief meetings
Drive inventory accuracy results
Coach, mentor and develop team members to meet current and future business requirements
Facilitate seamless handoffs and communicate key information to peers, team members and management
Understand internal and external regulations, procedures & policies and apply them fairly and consistently
Maintain contingency plans for time sensitive operations (unscheduled absentees, equipment issues, system or process malfunctions, inventory exceptions)
Drive departmental results using the Nestle Continuous Excellence (NCE) process
Ensure complete compliance to prescribed GMP's and internal NESTEC standards
Key Qualifications include:
Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related field preferred
Five or more years of prior experience within a warehouse or distribution environment with two or more years of experience in a leadership role
Demonstrated success in leading and promoting a safety-focused operations culture
Strong understanding of warehouse, distribution and inventory processes
Prior experience in a consumer products, food or beverage desired
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and business management software (SAP preferred).
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred.
Ability to coach and develop employees
Consistent demonstration of functional excellence (Knowledge of the Business)
Solid communication skills with the ability to influence and lead change
Understanding of cost implications, quality and hygiene requirements
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Demonstrated success in achieving results and driving continuous improvement
Proactive response to critical issues

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
